Regarding the product details, the Ursack MAJOR XL (IGBC cert. no. 3738) is the larger version of the classic Major (formerly S29.3 AllWhite). It measures approximately 8 x 18.5 inches (diameter x height) when cinched closed and has a capacity of around 15 liters, which is about 50% more than its smaller sibling. The bag weighs 8.8 ounces and is made of ultra-high-performance UHMWP fabric, designed to prevent bears from accessing the food inside.

The Ursack MAJOR XL has passed the Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee (IGBC) test and was placed on its bear-resistant products list on July 31, 2014. The IGBC list is relied on by many wilderness agencies, but not all, and wilderness restrictions may still apply depending on the travel location, so users are advised to check first.

The bag comes with an integrated 6-foot, 2,500-pound tensile-strength cord, and the overall circumference of the product is around 24 inches. In terms of capacity, the Ursack MAJOR XL can hold approximately 925 cubic inches of food, which is enough for about 7+ days of sustenance for one person.

Regarding care instructions, the Ursack MAJOR XL should only be hand washed. It is important to note that the Ursack MAJOR XL is identical to the AllWhite Major XL, except for the color.
